Umbrella Insurance

Umbrella Insurance starts once the limits on your home, auto, or other policy are exhausted.  This is a second layer of protection of at least $1,000,000 or higher if needed. Local friends- think about this:  what happens if your animal was to bite a neighbor or stranger walking by and your current liability limits wouldn't be enough to to protect your assets?  You would be responsible for paying what your current policy doesn't. Now, if you had umbrella insurance, that would take the worry off your pocket books and back into the hands of your insurance policy. The cost is quite minimal for a lifetime of ease of mind.
